The flat rate of the bending part is between 90% and 105%.The thickness of the thinnest part have controlled over 80% of the original wall thickness .And the bursting pressure is more then 0.4MPa. These bends are particularly adaptable to soldering or automated brazing and may reflect cost reduction opportunities in assembly.
